Which states and counties do you serve?

We currently provide services in Kansas, Tennessee, Arkansas, Texas, and Florida. If your county isn’t listed but has a compatible county website, we can integrate it within 48 hours. Contact us to discuss adding your county!

What are the pricing options?

$250/month or $3,000/year (monthly billing)
$637.50/quarter (every 3 months) or $2,750/year (quarterly billing)
$2,500 annually (one-time payment)
For areas with multiple counties, please contact us for multi-county special pricing.

What data is collected?

We collect only the inmate ID for notification purposes. Disclaimer: All data is discarded once the inmate is no longer part of the public record, ensuring compliance with privacy standards.

How often does the service update?

Using best web scraping practices, we check for new bookings every 20 minutes, releases every hour, and provide daily reports to keep you informed.

What updates will I receive?

You’ll get email notifications for newly added inmates, inmate releases, a daily report of who is booked, and an overnight report summarizing booking activity.

How many contacts can receive updates at my organization?

Up to 10 contacts per organization can receive updates. If you need more, please contact us directly to arrange additional contacts.

How is credit card processing handled?

We use Stripe, a leading payment processor trusted by millions of businesses worldwide. Stripe employs industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your transactions, ensuring your payment information is safe and secure.

How can I manage my subscription?
